111 South Contractors is a family owned business with an excellent reputation for superior work and attention to detail. The company offers personable hands-on restoration and cleaning at extremely affordable prices within a very reasonable time frame.
111 South Contractors opened its doors in 1990 in the former historic Central Railroad Station building, a quaint facility whose business thrived in the early 1900’s in the hub of Freehold Borough. Under the guidance of founder Roger J. Kane, a visionary with a wealth of experience in business and corporate/residential cleaning, the corporation soared. Success came quickly, as word of Kane’s doctrine of fairness and strong work ethic spread. The company today incorporates the skills of wife Barbara, son Kevin, daughter Karen and many full and part time dedicated employees.
